What to include in your campaign

  1. Name the product and the goal: awareness, content production or audience distribution.
  2. Describe the audience and the relevant beauty specialism.
  3. List each deliverable: format, length, aspect ratio, captions and whether posting is included.
  4. Set the budget, product supply arrangements and preferred delivery dates.
  5. Specify organic use, advertising use, usage duration and any requested exclusivity.
  6. Describe the approval process, included revisions and who gives feedback.
  7. Agree how delivery will be evidenced: file links, published links or both.

UGC and influencer marketing: choose the work you need

For a UGC brief, the main output is content the brand can use. For an influencer brief, distribution to the creator’s own audience may also be included. A creator can offer both. State the required content and posting separately so proposals are easier to compare. A large following does not replace a portfolio that fits your product and creative direction.

How to choose beauty creators

Start with examples of their work, relevant beauty experience, format and audience fit. Add notes on the style and campaign you have in mind. Compare the same statistics and time periods when reliable data is available. GlowLink accounts can save a shortlist, watch creators for later and keep private notes.

How to build your beauty creator portfolio

Include a small selection of relevant examples: a product demonstration, a tutorial, an on-camera explanation or a creative concept. Explain which parts you produced, the formats you offer and your typical turnaround. Keep sample work distinct from commissioned work. Share your collaboration preferences and rates where useful, and identify any self-reported audience statistics as such.
